I visited Clarin Eye Care this afternoon in search of new eyeglasses. I was helped by Martha and Melissa and had a great experience! They were so sweet, took the time to give me suggestions and honest opinions. I usually take hours trying to sort through frames at other retailers and I was so excited to find a pair I truly fell in love with in such an efficient time. I’ve been going to Clarin eye care  for a few years , and the service is always top tier . Whenever I call the office and Jess answers - she makes you feel like you’re the most important person on the planet. She is always so cheerful - even when she greets you upon entering the office 😊 Today I picked up my glasses from Illiana . She greeted me with a smile and took great care of me . AMAZING FREAKING JOB! I absolutely loved the staff from the moment I walked in. I forgot my contact lenses and I was basically walking around seeing bubbles for two days(super stressful).. I walked right in and they were such a help! They gave me TWO entire packs FOR FREE!! I was flabbergasted because I went to 4 other locations who told me they could not help me. I have come here for years and years since I was young and every doctor, tech and optician has always been simply amazing, I just moved back from North Carolina had an accident with my glasses and they fit me in no problem to get them fixed. Amazing！ I made a phone call 5:00 afternoon and I got the the an appointment early next morning. Very flexible scheduling. My insurance didn't start yet so pay myself. Simply $70 no hidden fee. We were here on a family vacation, and on the first day being here my son broke his glasses. We looked up the nearest optician. My daughter has always seen an Opthamologist due to her Strabismus condition; however, her Dr. relocated recently  and we were not happy with the new practice. I took her to see Dr. Adam Clarin who took amazing care of her.  We truly appreciate how awesome the entire staff was from the moment we walked in.  THANK YOU, you have made one happy 16 year old!! I meant to post this years ago, but apparently  it never posted, but message is still there! Fast forward 5 years later & still feel the same way!  Awesome practice- they take great care of our family!  A couple months back had an eye emergency & was leaving out of town for business & they were able to get me antibiotics right before I left- thank you!! I resided in Palmetto Bay for 25 years and utilized Dr. Adam and Dr. Bruce myself as well as my entire family for that long. We recently moved to Palm Beach and because they are such amazing Optometrists and human beings, I drive the 1 1/2 hour drive to get my new prescription and new glasses. It is worth it. Dr. Adam is a wonderful human being. Emma is equally as wonderful. Dr. Adam is extremely intelligent, was trained by his father who is beyond amazing and they both are caring, compassionate and love what they do. You will not find better Optometrists anywhere. Very good experience, I lost my glasses and was in need to redo a new one, I was desperate to, in need to be able to have an appointment for the next date, every call I made somewhere else was unsuccessful until I called Lily, she promised nothing but she will try to help me, within an hour I received a call, and l was able to get my need it appointment At the appointment, was like they knew me forever. Took our 3 and 5 year old children for an exam and the service exceeded our expectations. Although our children were a bit nervous, the staff was welcoming and sweet, and Dr. Adam and Dr. Espinosa were extremely kind and patient making it a fun experience.
