I’m sure people say this, but for me it is true, I never leave reviews. However, I felt the need to express how exceptional the front desk staff, especially, Nydia and Lourdes were with me. I literally needed something quick to be fixed and they were more than willing to help and can tell you that in less than one hour they did so. From the moment you walk in, there is a family relaxed feeling. The staff is very welcoming, and the appointment process is hassle free prior, which is a huge plus! Came in yesterday for my annual check up, this is my second time here and will keeping coming. Quality  if anything has increased! Zero wait time, the team member is well connected.  Dr. Scher  made the process really smooth, answered all my questions and had me out in no time! As you walk out, they also make sure you are set up. I took advantage of getting an annual supply of contacts to qualify the rebate. My wallet appreciated that. Big bonus - ran into an old friends I hadn’t seen in a few years! I give Dr Leslie Scher  and her office staff 5 stars.  I walked into Coral Gables eye Care with an eye emergency. Her staff took my medical information, and started testing my eyes almost immediately.  I then met Dr Scher and she performed all the necessary tests . She then looked in my left eye and Knew immediately what my problem was My eye emergency was resolved within 45 minutes. The entire experience was so professional and caring. I was here in Miami on a trip. I usually bring an extra pair of contacts, just in case. Of course, the one time I forget my contacts rip. I am so incredibly grateful to the woman at the front desk (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name). Who helped me with a quick purchase and a pair of trial contacts. She was incredibly kind and understanding when helping me solve this issue. I’m sure I will remember this story and her kindness.
